Matlo Agency LLC ("Matlo," "we," "us," or "our") operates matlo.io and matlo.agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our websites or inquire about our services.

We collect information you voluntarily provide:

Contact information — name, email address, phone number when you book a call or contact us
Business information — brokerage name, CRM type, lead sources when relevant to our services
Usage data — standard web analytics (page views, device type, referring source) via anonymized tools

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

To respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls
To deliver and support our services
To send service-related communications (onboarding, monthly reports)
To improve our website and service offerings

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Client Lead Data

For clients who purchase The 60-Second Closer service: lead data (prospect names, phone numbers, email addresses) flows directly between your lead sources and your own accounts (n8n, CRM, Supabase). Matlo configures the system but does not store or access your clients' personal data on an ongoing basis. You are the data controller for your leads.

4. SMS and Email Communications

The 60-Second Closer system sends SMS and email messages to your leads on your behalf. All outreach is TCPA-compliant (prior express written consent required), CAN-SPAM compliant (physical address in footer, functional unsubscribe, non-deceptive subject lines), and Fair Housing compliant (prohibited phrase filters active).

Opt-out requests (STOP, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE) are honored within 10 business days and logged in your Supabase database.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies for basic website functionality. We do not use behavioral advertising trackers or sell browsing data. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core site functionality.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, access controls, and encrypted credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we encourage you to contact us immediately at matt@matlo.agency if you have security concerns.

7. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing matt@matlo.agency.

Our service uses the following third-party providers, each subject to their own privacy policies:

9. Your Rights
